This heirloom Passover meatloaf recipe combines the tangy flavor of sauerkraut with the sweetness of apricot sauce.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 lbs ground beef
3 eggs
1 tbsp matzoh meal
1/2 cups sauerkraut, drained
1 tbsp ketchup
salt and pepper
