| Penne with Sausage and Peppers |

A KosherEye Signature Recipe Ingredients: 1 lb. penne pasta Directions: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain well, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil. Saute sausages until cooked and lightly browned, around 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Saute peppers and parsley in oil left in pan for about 1 minute. Remove from pan. Combine marinara sauce and reserved pasta broth in skillet. Simmer about 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in penne, peppers and sausages. Toss together; add pepper flakes.
