Jeff Nathan Creations Gluten Free Panko Flakes
Panko – widely known as Japanese bread crumbs – is a somewhat more delicate, crispy, lighter product than standard bread crumbs. KosherEye uses Panko year round to bread poultry, fish and to enhance fillings.
Jeff Nathan Creations Gluten Free Panko Flakes, which are made in Israel, are a useful and welcome addition to the Passover pantry and for year round gluten-free baking and cooking as well. These panko flakes can be used for filling, coating, baking or frying. The products, which were created by Chef Jeff Nathan, are all natural, have no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives, and are certified gluten-free.
KosherEye friends Alison and Jeff Nathan are offering 3 KosherEye readers each a set of Passover (OU-P) Gluten’Free panko flakes – 2 plain 15-ounce canisters and 2 seasoned 14-ounce canisters per winner! ($45 value each).

When in New York, we suggest that you visit Abigaels on Broadway. What a fabulous meal we, along with 65 other members of the Social Media, experienced there in November 2012. We can’t wait to return.
